How to Give Yourself a Soothing Facial Massage

Five easy steps to nourish your skin and relax. The gentle movements of a soothing facial massage help to reduce stress and muscle tension.

Spread a few drops of your favourite Weleda facial oil on your palms such as the Firming Facial Oil - Pomegranate . Massage calmly and slowly for maximum relaxation. Accompany your movements by consciously inhaling and exhaling.
