GST is applicable to all orders delivered within Australia. Overseas orders are exempt from Australian GST.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. When you select "Yes" for your order to be left at the nominated address "Authority to Leave(ATL)", you understand and agree that this gives our delivery service permission to leave your order unattended in a safe place as instructed by you at the delivery address. If ATL is selected and no instructions are given, a safe place will be where the driver deems appropriate. You understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our delivery service are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you once the delivery has been made.

Valid for qualifying purchases made on www.weleda.com.au. Must be redeemed within the validity period. Not redeemable on gift sets or sale items unless expressly stated otherwise. Cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase. No rainchecks. Discounts are applied prior to shipping, handling, and sales tax charges. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
To apply a promo code, you must enter it at checkout prior to completing the order. Please check the spelling and validity of the offer. Codes entered must not have any spacing before or after. Once the code is accepted it will show in the Applied offers section and the reduced price will show for each product. Ongoing offers are subject to change without notice.
Back-order Policy
Weleda Australia Pty Ltd do not back-order items that are out of stock. Items that are currently unavailable cannot be ordered online at www.weleda.com.au. In the unlikely event you order an item that we out of stock of, or if we are unable to completely fullfil your order, then we will refund your credit card for the cost of the items that are out of stock.

Use-by Date Policy
Weleda does not use artificial preservatives; be aware that the shelf life of our products can be as little as 18 months from when they are made. Please bear this mind when you place your orders. There should be at least 6 months left before the use-by date at the time the products are sent. Note: however that special promotion products may have a shorter use-by date, but this will be at least 2 months from the date the product is sent.
