Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Weleda Australia Pty Ltd deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post.

Generally orders are despatched within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Fridays, and delivery times are estimated at between 5 and 13 business days depending on your location within Australia. However, dispatch times may vary during peak periods and oders are dispatched within 3 business days.

You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at Australia Post. Australia Post is facing out the use of 'sorry we missed you' cards. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

Australia Post will experience delays during sales perios and holidays due to increased parcel volumes. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au

We charge the following flat rates for standard delivery per order:

  • Within Australia:  AUD $8.90

Fastest Delivery

Available through Australia Post, Express Delivery is the fastest delivery option, however next-business-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated to arrive between 2-3 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware that dispatch times from our warehouse may vary during peak periods and sales due to increased parcel volumes.

We charge the following flat rates for Express delivery per order:

  • Within Australia:  AUD $15.95

 

International Delivery

Free Delivery

Please note that promo discounts will change your order value. Sometimes it will lower your order total value to below the threshold for FREE DELIVERY. Delivery Charges will always be applied after promo discount is applied to cart. 

Weleda Australia offers free Standard Delivery within Australia for any orders of product over AUD $65.

Weleda Australia offers free Express Delivery within Australia for any orders of product over AUD $99.

 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

When you select "Yes" for your order to be left at the nominated address "Authority to Leave(ATL)", you understand and agree that this gives our delivery service permission to leave your order unattended in a safe place as instructed by you at the delivery address. If ATL is selected and no instructions are given, a safe place will be where the driver deems appropriate. You understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our delivery service are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you once the delivery has been made.

 

Back-order Policy

Weleda Australia Pty Ltd do not back-order items that are out of stock. Items that are currently unavailable cannot be ordered online at www.weleda.com.au. In the unlikely event you order an item that we out of stock of, or if we are unable to completely fullfil your order, then we will refund your credit card for the cost of the items that are out of stock.

If you wish to know when a currently unavailable item is expected to be available again you are welcome to email us at [email protected].

Returns and Exchange Policy

Weleda does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. We will of course meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. You may return products if you are not satisfied or feel the item is damaged. We'll exchange or refund if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Contact Customer Service between 9am – 5pm (AEDT) on freecall 1300 551 454 or email [email protected] with the name of the products and reason for return or exchange.

Please securely pack and seal the products you would like to return, along with your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return. Please pack in a secure box or envelope. We suggest using an insured service when sending your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages which we do not directly ship. Please delivery to the below address:

Orders within Australia

Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly despatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (2-3 days) and unopened. We will refund the payment method used to make the order. Postage is not refundable on returns. All exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard delivery charge. All orders are sent tracked and at the purchaser's risk.

 

Orders from outside Australia - International delivery temporarily unavailable due to Covid-19 delivery service closures by Australia Post.

Incorrectly despatched products will be credited for in full, against your credit card account. Note orders sent outside Australia cannot be returned. All orders are sent untracked and at the purchaser's risk. 

Claims for damages or loss of goods in transit must be made to the appropriate carrier. We will of course assist.
