Weleda Australia Pty Ltd deliver products Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post.
We are unable to deliver goods to certain countries, those countries being: Japan, all African countries, all South American countries, Romania, Israel, Singapore and Indonesia.
All prices displayed on this website do not include delivery costs.
All deliveries are processed from Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.
You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at Australia Post.
Please Note: Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays
Orders are despatched within 2 business days and delivery times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Please allow longer delivery times for busy periods such as promotional "SALES", Christmas and New Years due to an increase in orders or where the postage services experience a high volume of parcel deliveries.
Orders outside Australia will take longer depending on your location and customs clearance.

Weleda Australia offers Fastest Delivery options utilising Australia Post's next business day delivery network.
This covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the next business day network, we'll still use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee.
To ensure your item is delivered using the next business day network:
- make sure you place your order before 12 midday, Mon-Thurs.
- make sure you select Fastest Delivery in the basket
We charge the following flat rates for fastest delivery per order:
- Capital Cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD ) and metropolitan areas within Australia: AUD $14.95
- Darwin and Perth CBD, and outside metropolitan areas within Australia: AUD $19.95
- Orders placed before 12 midday on Friday, will not be received until the following Monday.
- Any orders placed on a Public Holiday, will not be processed until the following business day.
Weleda Australia offers Free Delivery within Australia for any orders of product over AUD $90.00.
Weleda Australia Pty Ltd do not back-order items that are out of stock. Items that are currently unavailable cannot be ordered online at www.weleda.com.au. In the unlikely event you order an item that we out of stock of, or if we are unable to completely fullfil your order, then we will refund your credit card for the cost of the items that are out of stock.
If you wish to know when a currently unavailable item is expected to be available again you are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Weleda does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. We will of course meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. You may return products if you are not satisfied or feel the item is damaged. We'll exchange or refund if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please securely pack and seal the products you would like to return, along with your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return. Please pack in a secure box or envelope. We suggest using an insured service when sending your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages which we do not directly ship. Please delivery to the below address:

Orders within Australia
Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly despatched products will be credited for in full, if returned to us promptly (2-3 days) and unopened. We can credit either your Weleda Australia account or if you prefer your credit card account. Postage is not refundable on returns. All exchanges and reorders will be charged the standard delivery charge. All orders are sent tracked and at the purchaser's risk.
Orders from outside Australia
Incorrectly despatched products will be credited for in full, against your credit card account. Note orders sent outside Australia cannot be returned. All orders are sent untracked and at the purchaser's risk.
Claims for damages or loss of goods in transit must be made to the appropriate carrier. We will of course assist.
