Rose oil is an essential oil used to scent cosmetic products. Rose oil is one of over 80 fragrance ingredients that, starting in 2028, must be listed in the INCI declaration in the EU to protect people with fragrance allergies, if they are present in quantities that could potentially be relevant for someone with a fragrance allergy.
