    Back-order Policy
    We do not back-order items that we are out of stock of. Items that are currently unavailable cannot be ordered on the store. In the unlikely event you order an item that we out of stock of, or if we are unable to completely fulfill your order, then we will refund your credit card for the cost of the items that are out of stock.
    If you wish to know when a currently unavailable item is expected to be available again you are welcome to email us at weleda@weleda.co.nz

    Prices
    All our prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. GST is applicable to all orders delivered within New Zealand. Overseas orders are exempt from New Zealand GST.

    Use-by Date Policy
    Weleda does not use artificial preservatives; be aware that the shelf life of our products can be as little as 18 months from when they are made. Please bear this mind when you place your orders. There should be at least 6 months left before the use-by date at the time the products are sent. Note however that special promotion products may have a shorter use-by date, but this will be at least 2 months from the date the product is sent.
