The nursing tea has lots of aromas but you can definitely smell the anise and fenugreek, which are ingredients that are traditionally used to support a breastfeeding mother. Although it smells earthy, it is actually quite light and refreshing and easy to drink. Anything that may be gentle on my breastfeeding baby’s digestion has got to be worth a try as colic has been an issue for her since she was very young.
